Job Title: Project Planner
Location: St Annes (Site-Based)
Salary: Circa £50,000 per annum
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Are you an experienced Project Planner looking for your next exciting challenge? We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established main contractor, trading successfully for over 10 years, who are delivering a standout new development in the heart of St Annes.

This unique project involves the transformation of a former department store into a high-end hotel complete with a spa, restaurant and bar. It’s a fantastic opportunity to be part of a prestigious development from the ground up, working closely with a skilled and collaborative site-based team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project programmes using MS Project.

  • Work alongside the site and project management team to ensure timelines, resources and deadlines are clearly defined and met.

  • Monitor progress and provide regular updates, identifying risks and advising on mitigation measures.

  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors and consultants to ensure planning aligns with delivery targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Planner within construction.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Project (MS Projects) – essential.

  • Strong communication and organisation skills.

  • Must be able to reliably commute to site in St Annes.

  • Previous experience working on hotel, leisure or mixed-use developments is advantageous but not essential.
