Upcoming Projects: Wrexham, Liverpool, Manchester, Preston, Bury

Office Location: Manchester

Salary: £45k - £50k (experience depending)

Package: Car Allowance (or vehicle), Mileage, 25 hols, Pension, etc

My client is a leading commercial & Industrial Roofing Contractor that operate through the Northwest & Yorkshire with an office in each area to manage operations. They carry out work such as:

  • Industrial Roofing using all types of built up, Composite, Topdeck and Standing Seam Systems
  • Single Ply Membranes
  • Hot Melt Roofing
  • Green Roofs
  • Traditional Felt Systems
  • Industrial wall cladding using all types of built up and Composite Systems
  • All types of Rainscreen Cladding including Terracotta, Ceramic, Granite, Aluminium, Timber and Stone.
  • SfS and Metsec Framing together with Cementous Boarding

 

Responsibilities

  • ⁠Leading and supervising a team of tradespeople.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Competently read and understand drawings and designs.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with project manager, clients and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with team members to overcome any issues that arise on site.
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring the are completed on time and to the highest standards.
  • Manage on site deliveries.

 

Requirements

  • Previous Site Management experience
  • Previous experience with commercial or industrial roofing projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong construction knowledge
  • Teamwork and Commitment
  • CSCS Card
  • SMSTS
  • Asbestos Awareness
  • First Aid
