Architectural Technician- Cambridge

Rogers Mchugh is currently looking for an Architectural Technician based in Cumbria preferably with commercial experience.  

The projects my client carry out are: 

•    Uni
•    Schools
•    Healthcare
•    Gps and hospitals
•    Student accommodations
•    Listed buildings
•    Office Fit Out / Refurb 
•    Mixed use
•    Hotels
•    Transportation
•    Gov buildings airport 

Candidates MUST have Revitt experience

Responsibilities include:

• prepare technical information to plan projects
• collect and read technical data
• prepare plans using computer aided design (CAD) software
• prepare applications for approval by regulatory bodies
• develop specifications for building work
• give technical advice to the project team
• visit sites to check on progress

Please advise that salary is completely dependant on experience.
