Assistant Site Manager – Residential & Apartment Blocks

📍 Location: Barnsley & surrounding areas
💷 Salary: £30,000 - £45,000

I’m looking for an Assistant Site Manager with a trade background to join a growing contractor. This is an ideal role for someone looking to develop their management skills while staying hands-on in site operations.

The Role:

You’ll assist the Site Manager in:
✔ Supervising site teams & subcontractors
✔ Ensuring H&S and site procedures are followed
✔ Supporting day-to-day site coordination
✔ Problem-solving & keeping work running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Ex-trade background (carpentry, bricklaying, etc.)
✅ Some experience in a supervisory or assistant site manager role
✅ Knowledge of health & safety regulations
✅ CSCS & First Aid required (SMSTS preferred)
