Site Manager – Residential & Apartment Blocks

📍 Location: Barnsley & surrounding areas
💷 Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

I’m working with a well-established contractor to recruit a Site Manager for residential and apartment block construction. This is a great opportunity for an ex-trade professional with strong on-site experience who is looking to take the next step in their career.

The Role:

You’ll oversee site operations, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and safely. You’ll be responsible for:
✔ Managing subcontractors & site teams
✔ Ensuring health & safety compliance
✔ Coordinating materials & logistics
✔ Problem-solving & keeping projects on track

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Ex-trade background (carpentry, bricklaying, etc.)
✅ Strong site experience & ability to manage projects
✅ Up-to-date H&S and site procedures knowledge
✅ SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid required
