Site Manager – Commercial Builds (Blyth) – £45,000-£55,000

I am working with a well-established main contractor to recruit a permanent Site Manager for commercial build projects in Blyth. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company that delivers high-quality commercial schemes, including office blocks and ground-up developments.

The Role:

As Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring that works are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard. The first projects are based in Blyth, and the role will suit someone with experience in ground-up construction, including:

✔ Cladding & SFS systems
✔ Concrete works (including foundations)
✔ Block & beam construction
✔ Turnkey project delivery

You’ll work closely with the project team, subcontractors, and clients to maintain health & safety compliance, site coordination, and smooth project delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial build projects (office blocks, industrial, retail, etc.)
✅ Strong knowledge of ground-up construction methods
✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
✅ Ability to manage subcontractors and drive projects forward
✅ Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid

Salary & Package:

💷 £45,000 - £55,000 per year (DOE)
🚗 Company vehicle/allowance (subject to package)
