Joinery Supervisor – Nationwide Projects
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per year + Company Van
Location: Nationwide (Travel Required)
My client are a family-run construction business with an annual turnover of over £5 million, delivering high-quality fit-out projects for prestigious clients, including the NHS, Children with Cancer UK charity, and Trespass. They are seeking an experienced Joinery Supervisor to oversee nationwide projects, ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship and site management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate joinery teams on-site, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to specification.
- Oversee quality control and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, providing guidance where necessary.
- Liaise with site managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Manage materials, tools, and workforce efficiently.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues as they arise.
Requirements:
- Fire Door Certification (Mandatory).
- Full UK Driving Licence (Essential).
- Proven experience as a Joinery Supervisor or similar leadership role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of joinery techniques, materials, and best practices.
- Ability to manage teams effectively and maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Willingness to travel nationwide and stay away from home when required.
