Working Site Foreman - Wilmslow

Our client are a North West based office fit out specialist who are looking for a working site foreman to join their team on a temporary basis due to a project win.

The project is a small £100k office fit out in Central Wilmslow and will be on site for 6 weeks.

Due to the size of the job they are looking for a joinery foreman who has their own tools and is happy to be hands on. 

Scope of works include:
Demo - Ceiling, walls and flooring being ripped out then the build. 10m stud walls, door sets, tea points you will also have a labourer on site and will have to oversee a small number of subcontractors including M&E, decoration and flooring.

Candidate requirements:
Minimum requirements CSCS Card, First Aid and SSSTS.

Site hours 7-4 or 8-5 and pay rate is £240-£265 paid CIS weekly.
