Project Manager – North West - Office Fit-Out

I am recruiting for a Project Manager to join an ever-growing North West based fit out contractor. My client cover office fit-out & refurb projects. You will be expected to have a clear commercial knowledge. You should be proficient at creating and editing programs, as well as being able to assist in the tendering process at any stage if required.

You will ideally come from a joinery background and you will have a minimum of 5 years experience delivering fit-outs in various sectors. Projects will consist of CAT-A & CAT-B fit-outs. They will range in value from £500,000 - £5,000,000 and you will be expected to control between 2 – 4 sites simultaneously depending on workload.

My client are looking for a driven and passionate individual to join them on a permanent basis and can offer a clear progression and development path.

  • Fit out and refurbishment

  • Occasional Flagship Jobs up to £8m

Individual:

  • Proven track record of delivering fit out projects up to £5M
  • Extensive fit out experience
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Commercial awareness - variations, valuations, tendering
  • Excellent reputation in the industry
  • Driving license

Salary & Packages:
