Site Manager – North West – Construction - £50,00 - £60,000 & Package

 

I am currently recruiting for a Site Manager to control new build construction projects for the leading construction contractor in the North West.

 

You will ideally come from a trade background (ideally joinery) and you will have experience of delivering new build in various sectors. Projects will consist of universities, colleges, hospitals, cat a, cat b, retail and schools. They will range in value from £500,000 - £15,000,000 and average job value will be circa £8M. Projects will be located throughout the North West and the first project is located in Bolton and is expected to run for circa 50 weeks.

 

My client are looking for a driven and passionate individual to join them on a permanent basis and can offer a clear progression and development path. They have a full order book for the next 20 months and are sourcing this individual due to continued growth.

 

You will hold your SMSTS, CSCS  & First Aid certificates. You will have a proven track record of delivering multimillion pound new build projects.

Salary & Packages:

• £50,000 - £60,000 (Dependant on Experience)
