Estimating Manager

A company are looking for an Estimating Manager to join their existing team.

As a company they deal heavily on FF&E, projects including:

  • Student Accommodation

  • Hotels

  • Design

  • Fitout.

Responsibilities include:

  • 4 years+ experience in same/similar market; with proven record of managing a team

  • Lead estimation process for multiple FF&E projects.

  • Provide guidance to estimators and review cost estimates.

  • Negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing.
