Assistant Project Manager- Office Fit Out

Rogers Mchugh's client is currently looking for an Assistant/ Junior Project Manager to assist in the management of office fit-out sites, based in Sheffield. 

The successful candidate must have at least 2-3 years experience within commercial fit out / refurb. 

The role covers and involves the followings skills, tasks and functions:

Work directly with project manager to help implement project goals.
Amending and finalising drawing packs with designers.
Completing material call offs.
Help to produce material lists and raising purchase orders, sub-contract orders, notify building control, etc.
Set up and raising Programmes of Works.
Assist and produce, control and manage the following – Construction Phase Plans (CPP’s), RAMS, COSHH, Temp Works, Site Audits, sub-contract RAMS, O&M Manuals, Health & Safety Files etc.
Liaise with project lead and other project managers to maintain project schedule and efficacy
Inputting supplier invoicing on the Project workbook.
Assist with financials – raise and negotiate variations, manage project costs, raise valuations, raise final accounts, inform the accounts department of invoicing values.
Please note that the salary is dependant on the experience of the candidate.
